Our long-awaited Parents Retreat is finally underway! After experiencing numerous delays, construction has commenced, bringing us closer to offering parents the perfect child-free escape. The retreat will feature a swimming pool, a stylish lounge bar, and a relaxing area for parents to unwind while the kids are having fun in the Kids Club.

Meet at Planet Chill Ice Rink. You can access Planet Chill via the stairs opposite the Jungle Gym or by taking the lobby lift outside of Penguins to Level 2.
Sessions run Tuesdays to Saturdays from 6:45pm to 9:30pm during school holidays and on Friday and Saturday nights only outside of school holidays.

There is no charge for free play however some organised activities such as our Kids Club, Teen Club or Tournaments may have a fee and will be outlined at time of booking.

The Hangout is located on the Lower Ground level at the back of the Kids Club. Access is via the stairs located to the left of the large waterpark/behind the main stage.

Or if you're looking for a more classic look, our Dutch braids without colour extensions are a great option for a beach holiday look.
