You don’t often think about going ice-skating while you are on the Gold Coast but you can add it to the itinerary with Surfers Paradise's only ice-skating rink located right here at Paradise Resort. Situated on the second floor above Penguins Restaurant, Planet Chill is an all-weather attraction which lends itself to family fun, year round and its made with real ICE.
Planet Chill is open to our resort guests as well as the general public. As numbers for each session are limited, we recommend pre-purchase of tickets to avoid disappointment.

There is no charge for free play however some organised activities such as our Kids Club sessions or special Tournaments may have a fee and will be outlined at time of booking.

The Hangout is located on the Lower Ground level at the back of the Kids Club. Access is via the stairs located to the left of the large waterpark/behind the main stage.
The Hangout is open daily for all guests to enjoy from 7am to 9pm, except when Kids Club is in session. The space may also close for activities or extreme weather. Please refer to the daily “What’s On” guide for updates.

The carousel's intricate details and sparkling lights create a captivating ambiance, transporting young hearts to a world of joy and imagination.

Riders must be over the age of 1. Riders under 100cm require an adult to ride along side them. There is a measurement sign at the entrance of the carousel to check height prior to riding.
Cleo’s Carousel is located at the front of Paradise Resort. Follow the pink Carousel signs on the garden path next to the train station.
The carousel runs for 5 minutes. Please ensure you are on time to your session.
