Final Payments

Final Payments must be made 5 days prior to the party date. If there are any other adjustments that you would like to make to your party, please let us know and we will amend the booking and send an updated payment request, or we can process the payment for you. Any outstanding balances within 5 days of your event may be automatically charged to the credit card attached to your booking. Any extra guests bar tabs or additional platters added on the day of your event, must be paid for prior to departure.

Parking and Public Transport

Parking and Public Transport information is available on the party invitations provided. Drop off and pick up is available at the front door of Paradise Resort. As the party host, you will have one (1) complimentary underground car park for the duration of your event. Paid parking may be available for guests, subject to availability. Guests can enquire and pay for parking at reception upon arrival.

Arrival Procedure

Arrive at Paradise Resort and wait at the VIP Desk in reception. 10minutes prior to your party start time, your party attendant will come to greet you, take your birthday cake, and arrange an underground parking pass for one (1) car. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your party start time, as your host will be making final touches for your party so earlier arrivals are not available (Example: Arrive at 9:20am for a 9:30am event). If you require assistance, our friendly front desk team may be able to help.

Outside Food and Drinks

Strictly NO Outside Food or Drinks other than a birthday cake/cupcakes or Ice Cream Cake. Extra catering is available under the ‘Parent Platters’ section of the PDF attached to your confirmation email. Our onsite bar and food outlets are also open daily. Water bottles are allowed.

Birthday Cake

BYO birthday cake or purchase one of ours from the extras section of the Party PDF. The party attendant will collect your cake upon arrival and store it in the fridge/freezer as needed. If you have a cake that needs to be frozen, please take it directly to the café with your surname and party time on the box (please ensure to mention fridge or freezer). Birthday Cakes left following an event will only be held in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours. Please Note: Paradise Resort take no responsibility for birthday cakes left overnight or after a party.

Party Bags

Take Home Activity Packs (party bags) may be included in your party package (refer to your chosen package online). One per child. These contain colouring in, crayons, stickers, and activity sheets. You’re welcome to bring extra novelty toys or candy to add to these bags.

Decorations

Decorations are included in your package including balloons and coloured tableware. You are welcome to also bring your own decorations such as balloons, streamers, table décor (It is your responsibility to ensure these are packed up prior to the conclusion of your event).

Siblings

Siblings (or parents) that would like to participate in the party activities may purchase a ticket for the duration of your party. Subject to availability and type of party package. Check the invitations for more information. Parents wishing to just supervise their children are encouraged to stay at no fee. Ice Skating Parties – Discounted Tickets can be purchased online for Planet Chill using the promo code provided on your Party PDF. Waterpark Parties – Siblings can purchase a party wristband on the day at Splashes Resort Shop.

Extended Party Time

Extra party time may be available to add to your party for an additional fee, please email our party coordinator to discuss (this time would be added to either the start or end of your event – subject to availability and package type).

Wet Weather

Parties will continue in light rain. If sever rain or lightning impacts your party in the Water Park, we would try to move the party to Planet Chill Ice Skating (subject to availability) or find alternative options for your party guests to enjoy. We recommend bringing a change of clothes, closed-in shoes, and socks in case the party is moved to another activity. If the forecast is predicting bad weather, please feel free to email our team for options or possible postponement.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is available to view under each package option on our website. Each party package has its own conditions for cancellation and change of date/time. Please note, deposits are non-refundable.

Accommodation is also available at Paradise Resort for the night(s) of your party, using a special party discount code for 10% off your reservation.
