2 years +. Babies are free to travel with a paying adult. Children under 3 require a paying adult to travel with them. Please book a ticket for all riders. Maximum weight restriction of 120kg applies to all passengers.

Meet outside of the Kid's Club at 5.30pm. The Kids Club is located on the lower ground floor. You can access it via the stairs opposite the Jungle Gym or by taking the lobby lift outside of Penguins.
Sessions run Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays from 5.30pm-8.30pm only outside of school holidays.

There is no charge for free play however some organised activities such as our Kids Club, Teen Club or Tournaments may have a fee and will be outlined at time of booking.

The Hangout is located on the Lower Ground level at the back of the Kids Club. Access is via the stairs located to the left of the large waterpark/behind the main stage.

"The Magical Christmas Train" is an enchanting holiday-themed train ride that offers passengers a delightful and immersive experience filled with the spirit of Christmas. As you board this festively decorated train, you'll be transported to a Christmas wonderland, complete with twinkling lights, holiday music, and a crew of cheerful elves and other beloved holiday characters. Throughout the journey, you'll be treated to your favourite Christmas songs, given the opportunity deliver your letter to Santa, and even enjoy a heartwarming visit from Santa Claus himself. "The Magical Christmas Train" promises to create cherished memories and a sense of wonder for passengers of all ages as it travels through Santa's Secret Garden.
