The Ultimate Aquatic Adventure

• The Lagoon Pool and Spa is open between 7am to 9pm daily.
• Both Waterparks are open between 9am-5pm (extended during the summer months).

• Our small waterpark welcomes kids under 5 years only.
• The large waterpark is best suited to children and adults 5 years and over. Maximum weight per rider is 100kgs.
• Parental supervision is required at all times.

• The Lagoon Pool and Waterparks are heated to a maximum of 24 degrees.
• The Spa is heated to a maximum of 38 degrees.

They are all located outdoors so keep in mind that temperatures
may fluctuate and can be cold when getting in and out.

• Pool towels are not provided. If you forget to pack yours, they are available for purchase at Splashes Boutique and Mini Mart. Our bath towels may not be used for pools, beaches or taken away from the resort.
• Towels and personal items left unattended

• Parents/Carers must supervise their children at all times. Captains Crew (aka the Paradise Resort team) may be in the water park during opening hours to oversee activities, however they are not lifeguards.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn by ALL guests when inside the pool area. Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, belts or metal ornamentation is NOT Permitted on the waterparks or in the spa.
• Children who are not toilet trained must wear swimmer nappies or watertight swimwear to ensure hygiene levels are maintained. Swim nappies must be changed in the changing rooms, not by the pool.
• Beverages purchased from the poolside bar are served in polycarb glassware, safe for consumption everywhere. No other glassware or sharp objects may be bought in the pool area.
• Towels and personal items left unattended for more than one hour will be removed. This is a courtesy to all guests to prevent seating being reserved and not utilised.
• Our resort is 100% smoke free. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes and shishas) are not permitted anywhere within the property and government regulations prevent smoking in all public areas or within 5 metres of a building entrance. Smoking in rooms will incur a $500 deodorising charge plus any applicable charges for loss of revenue if the room is deemed unusable.
