The Ultimate Aquatic Adventure

• The Lagoon Pool and Spa is open between 7am to 9pm daily.
• Both Waterparks are open between 9am-5pm (extended during the summer months).

• Our small waterpark welcomes kids under 5 years only.
• The large waterpark is best suited to children and adults 5 years and over. Maximum weight per rider is 100kgs.
• Parental supervision is required at all times.

• The Lagoon Pool and Waterparks are heated to a maximum of 24 degrees.
• The Spa is heated to a maximum of 38 degrees.

They are all located outdoors so keep in mind that temperatures
may fluctuate and can be cold when getting in and out.

Pool towels are not provided. If you forget to pack yours, they are available for purchase at Splashes Boutique and Mini Mart. Our bath towels may not be used for pools, beaches or taken away from the resort.

• Captains Crew (aka the Paradise Resort team) may be in the water park during opening hours to run activities, however they are not lifeguards so parents need to supervise their children at all times in this area.
• We recommend that children under 5 or those who are weak or non-swimmers stay within arm’s reach of a parent.
• Children who are not toilet trained must wear watertight swimwear. Swim nappies must be changed in the changing rooms, not by the pool, to ensure hygiene levels are maintained.
