Planet Chill is located inside Paradise Resort Gold Coast on the 2nd floor above reception. Access is via the stairs opposite the Jungle Gym or by taking the lobby lift outside of Penguins to level 2.

The show is suitable to all ages

• Parking is available for overnight resort guests only. For visitors to the resort, the closest public car park is open-air and located 450 metres away on the corner of Cypress Avenue. Charges are available as hourly, daily or weekly and payment is via their app or onsite parking metres.
• Light Rail: The Surfers Paradise North station is located 300 metres from Paradise Resort, the light rail starts from Helensvale to Southport to Surfers Paradise and down to Broadbeach. The light rail is a great mode of transport to help you see all the Gold Coast has to offer.
