Planet Chill is located inside Paradise Resort Gold Coast on the 2nd floor above reception. Access is via the stairs opposite the Jungle Gym or by taking the lobby lift outside of Penguins to level 2.

The show is suitable for all ages

• For guests requiring wheelchair access, arrangements can be made to ensure a comfortable experience. Please contact our team using your preferred method on our contact us page and include the number of people in your group and your preferred date.
• Due to limited seating availability, companion cards are not accepted. To accommodate all guests, every attendee must have a valid ticket to enjoy the performance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Onsite Parking is for overnight resort guests only. For visitors, the closest public car park is open-air and located 450 metres away on the corner of Cypress Avenue. Charges are available as hourly, daily or weekly and payment is via their app or onsite parking metres.
• Light Rail: The Surfers Paradise North station is located 300 metres from Paradise Resort, the light rail starts from Helensvale to Southport to Surfers Paradise and down to Broadbeach. The light rail is a great mode of transport to help you see all the Gold Coast has to offer.
