Strike a pose to get everyone’s attention before hurling your body into the pool. Slap your belly on the surface and make the water splash and the waves roll! Spectators will score your flop out of five to decide who will be King - or Queen - of the Belly Flop! This competition is for 18+ only.
Our morning yoga class is a perfect start to the day. Take some time to focus just on you. Yes, you really can. We schedule this class first thing in the morning – but not too early – so you can fit it some “me time” before the day fills up with family fun. Our morning yoga will give you time to breathe deep, stretch and lengthen your muscles. It feels so good! Use the quiet time to clear your mind and at the end, you’ll be left feeling relaxed and stronger and ready to enjoy the day.

Nothing says holiday quite like a fancy drink and we’ve got a great cocktail menu. If you like Pina Colada… or if you just can’t decide which cocktail to order, come along to our Cocktail Tasting and Trivia session and sample them all. Test your knowledge of wine and spirits and see if you can guess the ingredients in each drink. We throw in a few risqué games for a giggle too, so choose your team wisely! Must be aged 18+ to play.
This is a really sweet activity to share with your daughter. Little girls will feel so grown-up indulging in a pamper session with mum. We greet you on arrival with chilled lavender towels and a fancy drink – crisp prosecco for mum and pink lemonade served in a champagne flute for your little one. Have some fun and girly bonding as you choose your press-on nails together and then we’ll work our magic on your hair to give you matching mummy and me braids. Be sure to snap a picture for your holiday album, this is a memory to treasure forever!
Okay, this may not be a resort activity, but with your kids busy at our Kids Club, take advantage of the child-free time! Paradise Resort is situated right in the heart of the Gold Coast, close to loads of great restaurants and bars. You can even sneak off for a quick swim to the beach. We won’t tell! Just imagine, a trip to the beach where you don’t have to take a bucket and spade. Now that’s a holiday!
