Your kids definitely won’t want to wait in the car when you check in at Paradise Resort because we’ve got an awesome indoor playground right beside the check-in desk! The fun literally starts as soon as you walk in the door! When you’re ready to go, entice the kids off the playground with an invitation to check out your room. Our rooms are designed with kids in mind, so they’ll love exploring them and choosing where they’ll sleep.
This activity will give you serious cred with your kids. Show them you’re brave enough to put your body on the line and encourage them to keep on trying until they hit the target and see you splash.
Check out our Kids Club and have a go on our go-karts. They’re super-fun and, because they’re pedal-powered, kids get to burn off some energy too.
Kids love our Paradise Resort mascots: Dusty, Cleopatra, Astro and Captain Dane. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to see them around the resort or at one of our free live shows. Be sure to give them a high five or ask them for a selfie – they love meeting our guests and having their photos taken.
Flex your brain just for fun and see if you can come up with the right answers at our light-hearted trivia competitions by the pool. Team up with your kids – or against them - and see how much you all know. They may surprise you!
Whether you like to wait underneath the bucket, or try to avoid it, the surprise when the water finally tips out is awesome fun! This can create some funny photos too.
Our new Jerry’s Burger Bar has a great selection of burgers, wraps and snacks to munch on. Ever tried a plant-based burger? Why not give it a go on holiday? Our Byron Bay burger features a delicious meat-free patty, topped with salad, caramelised onion, cheese and an egg! It’s so good.
Tackle our rock climbing wall and see who can climb the highest, or the quickest. Or just try to beat yourself.
Jump straight into holiday mode with holiday hair. The experts at our pamper parlour can braid your hair mermaid or unicorn style with your choice of fun, coloured extensions. Or you might choose to book in for a special “Mummy and me” pamper session and have your nails polished together in our glamorous, kid-friendly salon.
A holiday at the Gold Coast doesn’t have to be all about the beach! Cool down at our very own ice-skating rink. We provide the skates and special skating penguins to help first-timers gain confidence around the rink.
