Since our resort's inception in 1981, we have been committed to providing an exceptional experience for our guests. While there is never a perfect time to undertake maintenance work, we strive to complete all projects with minimal disruption and ensure that with our ongoing efforts, Paradise Resort remains a premier destination for families.
For the safety and wellbeing of our guests’ regular maintenance is required on our facilities and we therefore cannot guarantee our attractions will be operating 12 months of the year.
No refunds will be given due to closures or failure to notify of closures.
