What's a family holiday without a little fun in the sun? At Paradise Resort Gold Coast, water adventures are all part of the experience, with not one, but TWO waterparks, a lagoon-style swimming pool and a heated spa, all conveniently located in the heart of the resort!
Our Junior Waterpark is designed especially for little adventurers under five, featuring a slippery slide, water cannons, a giant tipping bucket and a shallow paddling area with a gently sloping beach entry. It's the perfect place for younger kids to splash, play and build their confidence in the water.
For the bigger kids (and adventurous parents!), our Large Waterpark takes the excitement up a notch. Standing three storeys high, it's packed with waterslides, climbing frames, water cannons and a giant tipping bucket that releases a whopping 600 litres of water every few minutes!
Prefer something a little more relaxing? Take a dip in our lagoon-style swimming pool, join in some poolside games or unwind in our heated spa while soaking up the holiday atmosphere.

After six years in the making, we're getting ready to unveil one of our most exciting additions yet – Oh Shun Blu, a dedicated adults-only retreat designed to bring a whole new level of relaxation to Paradise Resort.

Paradise Resort has changed a lot over the years, and we're always looking at ways to improve what we offer families. With new attractions being added and some big plans underway, 2026 has certainly been a busy year for us.
Unfortunately, it hasn't all gone to plan. Following a fire in September, our much-loved Planet Chill ice-skating rink is temporarily closed.
Although we're devastated to have lost such a special part of Paradise, we're incredibly grateful that everyone was safe. Our team is now working through the next steps, with the hope of bringing Planet Chill back bigger and better than ever.
The good news is that the rest of Paradise Resort remains open, with all your favourite activities and attractions continuing as normal. We're getting closer to opening our new adults-only retreat, and have a few other additions in the works, including our new teacup ride.
It's certainly been a big year, and we're looking forward to what's ahead and can't wait to share more with you as plans progress.
