Everyone knows the Gold Coast is a natural wonderland with some of the country’s best sand and sea. But for three days, starting on August 18, you’ll have to turn your attention to the skies. Our GC is set to become the perfect sun-kissed backdrop for the best military aviators and civilian performers from across the globe to show us their amazing aircraft stunts.

During the three-day event, you can expect to enjoy daring aerial stunts and witness low flyovers along the beach. There will be parachutists jumping out of planes, creating impressive formations, as well as choreographed planes and helicopters. This airshow has been winning awards and wowing crowds at Huntington Beach, California, since 2018. And our Surfers Paradise is its first new venue. The 2023 show will be the biggest airshow event ever to be held in Australia and we’re more than excited to see it take over our Gold Coast airspace.

While the main event is definitely up in the sky, the ground will play host to one big Pacific Airshow party. There will be live music, loads of entertainment and opportunities to meet aeronautical VIPs. Tickets for the best vantage points at the beach are available now – and some sections have already sold out, so don’t dally.
