Rock On Ice

Following an electrical fire in the change rooms at the rear of our ice-skating rink on Monday 28 September 2026, we are saddened to advise that all upcoming Rock On Ice performances have been cancelled until further notice.

While the fire was safely contained and, most importantly, no one was injured, Planet Chill has sustained damage that will require extensive repairs. As a result, we are unable to continue with the current Rock On Ice season.

All guests who purchased tickets to an affected performance will receive a full refund. Our team is processing these refunds automatically, so there is no need to contact us.

We are incredibly disappointed to bring the season to an early close, particularly after the wonderful response Rock On Ice received following its launch in September.

This isn’t goodbye. We hope to see Rock On Ice return to Planet Chill in 2027 and will announce new performance dates as soon as the repair timeline has been confirmed.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and support. We look forward to welcoming audiences back to the ice as soon as we can.
