Meet our Diploma of Hospitality Graduates!

Congratulations to the Paradise Resort Gold Coast staff that successfully completed their Diploma of Hospitality through Prestige Training Services! 

The Diploma of Hospitality provides an insight and overview into the decisions, challenges and work ethics faced each day by senior management. 

Paradise Resort is an advocate of advancement and embracing opportunities that raise to better their employees. So, who are our recently graduated Diploma superstars?

Corinna Griffiths – Kids Club Supervisor

The bright and bubbly Corinna is a proud member of the ‘Holiday Heroes’ crew at the Zone 4 Kids Club providing an unrivalled activity program to entertain and engage kids of every age. Corinna is always around to ensure your kids have a fun-filled time whilst meeting new friends and experiencing a host of fun activities designed just for kids.


Mathew May – Resort Entertainment Manager

Meet the brains behind our extensive daily activity and entertainment program. Catering to young children right through to Mum and Dad, Matt is always introducing new activities so that no matter how many times you visit Paradise Resort, there’s always something new and exciting to explore and try!  


Meg Hiller – Sous Chef

Some of you might recognise Meg from our Zone 4 Adults cooking demonstrations show. Paradise Resort’s very own Sous Chef will get your taste buds tingling with freshly made dukkha or will show you the secret to making melt-in-your-mouth barbequed barramundi.


Andrew Doherty – Demi Chef

You may not see Andrew wondering throughout the resort but is in fact behind the scenes as the resort’s Demi Chef. Assisting our executive chef with an array of different tasks in the kitchen, Andrew and the team are always hard at work sautéing, roasting and grilling those delicious meals for our famous Bistro restaurant and poolside café.


Rajib Kar – Sous Chef

Having found a passion in food from a very young age, Rajib is the master of experimenting with food incorporating spices, aromas, fresh local produce and colour into each of his dishes. You’ll find Rajib also at our Zone 4 Adults cooking demonstrations show whipping up tender smoked duck and delicious sheep’s milk cheese salad – hungry yet?
