Just take our impressive lineup of live entertainment. From special performances by our four mascots Captain, Dusty, Astro and Cleo to awe-inspiring circus acts and aerial stunts, there is always plenty to see and do here at Paradise Resort.
But the most magical show of them all is the one by our very own Chris Richies Magic. Chris has worked at Paradise Resort for over five years, as part of our Entertainment Department. Just this year, he was promoted to Team Leader!
A natural born performer, Chris is always excited to put his entertainment skills to the test. He has studied and performed magic since he was a young boy, and still feels the same sense of wonder that he did as a child when he’s up on stage.
Chris is passionate about creating a connection with his audience – whether they are guests at a wedding or corporate event or some of the many families who stay at Paradise Resort.
During his years as a magician, Chris has developed his artistic voice to ensure he stands out with his performances. His hard work has paid off – Chris is one of Australia’s best young magicians.
Just like our Paradise Resort team, Chris is all about helping his audience make lasting memories. He does that every single Saturday on our outdoor stage, with his free magic show!

The show runs for approximately 30 minutes and offers a rare opportunity to witness amazing magic, free of charge. Note: there is no need to book for this activity – simply show up and have fun. It is available exclusively for our in-house guests.
