Otherwise, enjoy the autumn morning sunshine and eat outdoors at Jerry’s Burger Bar, where the menu includes breakfast burger classics like a bacon and egg muffin or breaky wrap. Mum might even like to indulge in a bacon wafflewich – rashers of bacon drizzled with maple syrup and wedged between two Belgian waffles. Now that’s a Mother’s Day foodie delight!
And, of course, our Poolside Café and Bar serves all the breaky favourites like pancakes, waffles and eggs benedict as well as our popular banana colada porridge and the gourmet penguin – mushrooms, kale, spinach, shallots, mint, parsley, coriander and chickpeas topped with two soft poached eggs and served with hummus, dukkha and a lemon wedge.
