Being named Best Family Resort in Australia is something we never take lightly - especially when it comes directly from families just like yours.
In 2025, Paradise Resort proudly continued our 15-year winning streak with Out & About with Kids, one of Australia’s most trusted family travel authorities. Voted by parents who holiday, review, and recommend, this recognition reflects what matters most to families: fun, comfort, value, and unforgettable experiences for kids and parents alike.
Adding to this incredible milestone, we were also named Best Family Resort in the 2025 Holidays with Kids Reader’s Choice Best Family Resorts Awards.
With nominations drawn from a community of more than 600,000 parents, including tens of thousands of magazine subscribers and highly engaged online followers, this award represents real families voting with real experiences. It’s a powerful reminder that the magic of Paradise Resort resonates far beyond a single stay.

While Paradise Resort has built an impressive award history over the years, one recognition stood out as a true milestone.
This year, we were named Champion of Accessibility at the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards - the first time Paradise Resort has received this honour, and one that holds special meaning.
As General Manager David Brook shared:

Accessibility has long been woven into the fabric of the resort. From accessible accommodation, ramps, parking and amenities, to thoughtful design that supports smooth movement throughout the property, our goal is to ensure every guest can enjoy the magic of the resort without barriers.
But accessibility at Paradise Resort goes far beyond physical infrastructure.
Our award-winning Kids Club allows parents to pre-record dietary requirements or additional needs, and our team members receive regular training in disability awareness, neurodiversity, cultural sensitivity and inclusive service - ensuring every guest feels understood, respected and supported.
This unwavering commitment to inclusion is what makes the Champion of Accessibility Award such a proud moment for our entire resort community.
