Yes. A minimum stay of 2, 3 or 5 consecutive nights in the same room type is required to be eligible for the package inclusions shown.

Children aged 0–12 years are eligible for one Kids Club session per child. Guests aged 13 years and over are considered adults for accommodation purposes, and additional charges will apply.

• Each child (aged 0–12) will receive one voucher for a standard Kids Club session valued at $45 and must be redeemed during your stay. Unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be carried forward.
• A unique code will be sent via email approximately 7–10 days before arrival or if your booking is made within 10 days of arrival, the email will be sent within 48 hours of booking.

Breakfast is a cold continental buffet served daily in Penguins Restaurant and is included for all family members staying on this package.

The buffet features a selection of fruits, yoghurts, toast, cereals, and other similar items. Hot dishes are not included but are available to order at an additional cost. You can view our menu here

• Credit is included only on stays of 5 nights or more and can be redeemed towards food or drinks in any food & beverage outlet within Paradise Resort during your stay.
• A voucher code will be issued via email approximately 7-10 days prior to your arrival or within 48hours if you are booking less than 10 days prior to arrival
• Credit will be issued digitally as a QR code to be presented at the counter upon ordering.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

• A 25% non-refundable deposit, plus booking fee will be charged at time of booking or if arrival is within 14 days, full payment will be charged at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellations made on or before 14 days of arrival will forfeit the 25% deposit plus any booking fees.
• No refunds will be issued once inside 14 days prior to arrival or if you decide to depart early.
• One free date change is permitted up until 14 days prior to arrival. When changing dates, pricing is subject to change pending rates and availability on your new dates.
