All ages are welcome, provided they can remain seated for the duration of the booked braid or treatment.

Parental supervision is required, though due to limited space, only one parent per child is allowed. Prams are not permitted, but parents can relax on the lounge chairs just outside.

The Pamper Parlour is located on Level 2 above Penguins Restaurant. Right next to Planet Chill Ice-Skating rink.

You can access the Pamper Parlour via the stairs opposite the Jungle Gym or by taking the lobby lift outside of Penguins Restaurant to Level 2.

Please ensure a head lice check is completed before booking and again before arriving for your session. If head lice are found, we stock a quick and easy treatment solution which is available to purchase at Splashes Minimart. Unfortunately, we are unable to braid guests who have head lice or nits.
