Party At Paradise

Final payments are due 5 days before your party date. Any unpaid balances within 5 days of your event may be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

If you’d like to add additional guests or make changes to your booking, please our contact team. Extra guests, bar tabs, or additional platters added on the day must be paid for on the day.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party start time (e.g. 9:20am for a 9:30am event).

Upon arrival, head to the VIP Desk in Reception. Your party attendant will meet you 10 minutes before your start time to collect your cake and arrange your complimentary parking pass.

Party hosts receive one complimentary underground car park for the duration of the event. All other onsite parking is strictly for overnight guests.

Parking: An outdoor public carpark is located between Norfolk Avenue and Pine Avenue, operated by Pri-Park. On-street parking is free but has a strict 2- or 3-hour parking limit on most streets. Once you have found a carpark, you can access the resort on foot via the main entrance.

Public Transport: The G:link light rail (tram) is one of the easiest ways to get to and from the resort. The nearest station to Paradise Resort is Surfers Paradise North, just a short walk from our entrance. Use the journey planner for more information.

No outside food or drinks are permitted, except for a birthday cake and your own water bottles.

Additional catering can be pre-ordered from the ‘Parent Platters’ menu in your Party PDF or guests can access our onsite bar and dining outlets which are open daily for guests. Visit our Eat Page to view all menus

You can bring your own cake or order one through us in the Extras section of your Party PDF.

Your attendant will collect and store your cake (fridge or freezer) upon arrival.

If bringing an ice cream cake, please take it directly to the café with your surname and party time clearly labelled.

Please note: Paradise Resort is not responsible for cakes left overnight or uncollected. Cakes will be stored for a maximum of 24 hours.

Your package includes balloons and coloured tableware. You’re welcome to bring extra decorations such as streamers or table décor. Please ensure any personal decorations are removed at the end of your event.

Many party packages include Take-Home Activity Packs, featuring colouring sheets, crayons, stickers, and puzzles (one per child). You’re welcome to add your own toys or lollies to these bags.

Siblings or parents wishing to join the activities can purchase a ticket for the duration of your party (subject to availability).

Parents are welcome to stay and supervise at no cost.

For Ice Skating Parties, discounted tickets are available online for Planet Chill using the promo code in your Party PDF.

For Waterpark Parties, siblings can purchase a party wristband at the Splashes Resort Shop on the day.

Parties will proceed in light rain. If severe weather or lightning impacts a Waterpark Party, we’ll do our best to move your event to Planet Chill Ice Skating (subject to availability) or provide an alternative activity. We recommend bringing a change of clothes, closed-in shoes, and socks in case of venue changes. If poor weather is forecast, contact us to discuss postponement or alternative options.

Each party package has its own cancellation and rescheduling terms so please refer to your party package for more information. Deposits are non-refundable.

Make a weekend of it! Party guests receive a 10% discount on accommodation using the promo code provided to the host in your Party PDF. You can then use the code to book online.
