What's included in the continental breakfast buffet?

The continental buffet is served in Penguins Restaurant and consists of a selection of fruits, yoghurts, toast, cereal, and similar items. Hot menu items are not included but can be ordered at an additional cost. Click here for the current menu

Which outlets can I dine from?

You can enjoy your meals from any of our participating onsite dining outlets. Each guest can choose a meal from any of the venues listed below, but all meals must be claimed in a single transaction per day. Unredeemed meals cannot be carried forward. Here’s where you can dine:

Penguins Restaurant (Dinner only – from 5pm daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ meal

13+ years: One main meal

Platters, oysters, toppings, sides, drinks, and extras are not included.

Jerry’s Burgers (from 12pm daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ burger plus one small fries

13+ years: One burger or wrap plus one small fries OR one classic burger with fries

Meal deals, additional sides, drinks, and extras are not included.

Deb’s Pizza Shack (from 12pm daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ pizza

13+ years: One traditional or gourmet pizza

Additional sides, drinks, and extras are not included.

Mexican (from 12pm daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ nachos

13+ years: One burrito bowl or up to 3 tacos

Additional add-ons, sides, or drinks are not included.

Poolside Café (from 12pm daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ meal

13+ years: One salad, snack, or favorite

Platters, oysters, toppings, add-ons, drinks, and extras are not included.

Can my family dine from different outlets, or do we all have to dine in the same venue each night?

Yes, each family member can choose an item from any menu. However, all meals must be claimed in one transaction.

Example: If 2 adults and 2 children are registered to the room and one person wants a burger from Jerry’s, one wants a pizza from Deb’s, and two want to dine in Penguins, you can all dine in Penguins together or place the order as takeaway from any participating outlet.

Note that food from different menus may arrive at different times as they are prepared by different kitchens.

What if my child is 12 years or under but wants to eat from the adult menu?

Meals provided as part of this package are issued based on the age selected when booking and paying for your accommodation package.

Child Meal = Infants or children (0-12 years)

Adult Meal = Teens or Adults (13 years and over)

Ensure you select the correct age group when booking, as this could affect your total package price, Kids Club sessions, and other inclusions.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies that are not covered in the standard menu?

We understand that everyone has unique dietary needs. While our standard menu offers a variety of options, we have a large range of substitutes available and can modify any meal to suit most dietary needs. For severe allergies or concerns, always place your order with the Supervisor or Sous Chef on duty to find suitable alternatives.

Can I opt-out of the daily meals if I prefer to dine outside the resort?

Meals provided as part of this package are not compulsory but must be consumed daily, as they do not carry forward. Failure to redeem meals on any given day will result in them being forfeited.

How does the Kids Club session work?

A unique voucher code will be emailed approximately 10 days before arrival. It must be redeemed during your stay, or the session will be forfeited.

Vouchers are valid for One Standard Session per child per stay and valued at $60 for ages 0-2 years and $40 for ages 3-12 years.

Kids Club is exclusively for Paradise Resort guests; visiting friends and family cannot participate.

Bookings are essential due to limited capacity. Cancellation policies apply.

How do I use my activity credit?

You can use it towards exciting resort activities like ice skating at Planet Chill, hair braiding at the Pamper Parlour, laser tag battles, creative workshops, and more!

A voucher code will be emailed approximately 10 days before arrival, provided full payment has been received.

Your code will only be valid for online bookings at Paradise Resort Gold Coast Reservations Excludes Astro Galaxy pass, Cleo Diamond pass and Captain Treasure Pass.

Individual conditions apply for each activity (this includes cancellation policies per activity).

Activity schedules vary throughout the year and not all activities will be available on all dates.

Activities are subject to change after booking.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

What is the cancellation and payment policy?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

Full and final payment is due 14 days before arrival; once paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations made 14+ days before arrival will incur the deposit fee, and no refunds will be issued within 14 days.

One free date change is permitted up to 14 days before arrival; new dates will be subject to pricing and availability.

• The starting price is shown and will not be available on all room types or dates. Higher rates apply on certain dates and room types and the price for any given date will be identified in the booking calendar at time of booking.
• Minimum 3, 5 or 7 consecutive nights stay in the same room type depending on which package you choose.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, cannot be applied to group rates and is only available for new bookings made directly with Paradise Resort Gold Coast through our website or call center.
• Child ages are considered as 0-12years, additional charges will apply for anyone 13 years and over.

Package Inclusions

Breakfast:

• The continental buffet is served in Penguins Restaurant and consists of a selection of fruits, yoghurts, toast, cereal, and similar items.
• Hot menu items are not included but can be ordered at an additional cost.

Lunch or Dinner:

• Guests can choose from lunch OR dinner each day. Not valid on your day of departure.
• One voucher per room will be issued upon arrival to redeem one meal per person per day and must be presented when ordering otherwise full payment will be required.
• Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Meals can be ordered from any participating outlet (not valid for online orders) from any menu but must be claimed in one transaction, unredeemed meals will be forfeited.

Example: if 2 adults and 2 children are registered to the room and each person wants a meal from separate outlets, they can present their voucher at any participating outlet and order 1 meal each from any menu as follows:

• Kids Club is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Resort. Visiting friends and family will not be accepted.
• Bookings are essential as maximum capacities will apply. Cancellations must be made by the booking cut-off times for each session, or the cost will be forfeited.

Other

• Guests receive unlimited use of the Waterpark, pool, and spa plus a range of daily activities and entertainment.
• Not all activities are included and may not be available during your stay, visit the website or weekly what’s on program on arrival for current schedule and pricing.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

• 25% non-refundable deposit payment, plus the booking fee will be charged on your credit card at time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Full remaining payment is due 14 days prior to arrival, or, if your booking is made within 14 days of your scheduled day of arrival, at the time of booking. Once full payment is made this is non-refundable and non-transferable in the case of a cancellation.
• Cancellation made on or before 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the 25% deposit plus any booking fees. No refunds will be issued once inside 14 days prior to arrival or if you decide to depart early.
• One free date change is permitted up to 14 days prior to arrival after which any money paid is forfeited. When changing dates, pricing is subject to change pending rates and availability on your new dates.
