Your cruise must be booked within your accommodation stay dates. We recommend checking availability for your preferred tour date before booking your package, as availability is limited.

Tours depart from the Sea World Cruises Terminal at Main Beach on the Gold Coast. Transfers are not included. Guests will need to make their own way to and from the departure terminal.

If your tour does not sight a whale or is cancelled due to weather conditions, Sea world Cruises will provide you with a complimentary return tour valid for 12 months. Refunds are not provided.

The tour departs from Rivergate Marina, 17 Rivergate Place, Murarrie (Brisbane). Transfers are not included. Guests are required to self-drive to and from the marina.

Cruises depart from the Ferry Wharf in Appel Park, Surfers Paradise. Just a 10min walk from the resort.

Transfers are not included so guests are required to make their own way to and from the wharf. Sea World requests guests check-in at least 20 minutes prior to your cruise departure time.

Breakfast is a cold continental buffet served daily in Penguins Restaurant and is included for all family members staying on this package.

The buffet features a selection of fruits, yoghurts, toast, cereals, and other similar items. Hot dishes are not included but are available to order at an additional cost. You can view our menu here

Each child (aged 0–12) will receive one voucher for a standard Kids Club session valued at $45.

A unique voucher code will be emailed 7–10 days before arrival.

Each voucher can be used for one session per child and must be redeemed during your stay.

Unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be carried forward.

Guests enjoy unlimited access to the Waterpark, pool, and spa, plus a variety of daily activities and entertainment.

Please note that some activities may incur additional charges and availability varies and your $50 activities credit can be used towards these.
