Yes. A minimum stay of 3, 5 or 7 consecutive nights in the same room type is required to be eligible for the package inclusions shown.

Children aged 0–12 years are eligible for kids’ inclusions such as meals and Kids Club sessions. Guests aged 13 years and over are considered adults for accommodation purposes, and additional charges will apply.

For the theme park packages, children 0-2years do not require a ticket, all guests 3 years and older will be issued a ticket.

A 10% non-refundable deposit, plus booking fee will be charged at time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 28 days prior to arrival. If arrival is within 28 days, full payment will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellations made on or before 28 days of arrival will forfeit the 10% deposit plus any booking fees. No refunds will be issued once inside 28 days prior to arrival or if you decide to depart early.

One free date change is permitted up to 28 days prior to arrival. When changing dates, pricing is subject to change pending rates and availability on your new dates.

A 3 Day Pass is included in the Ride, Relax and Repeat 5-night package. Tickets are valued at $169 per person and includes unlimited entry for 3 consecutive days to:

The 5 Day Pass is included in the Ride, Relax and Repeat - Extended 7-night package. Tickets are valued at $179 per person and includes unlimited entry for 5 consecutive days to:

No, transport to and from the theme parks is not included. Guests will need to make their own way.

Children aged 0–2 years do not require a ticket. All other registered guests aged 3 years and over will be issued a 3- or 5-day ticket (relevant to the package you have booked - tickets are not included in the resort reset package)

Tickets must be used within your accommodation travel dates and once activated, your pass must be used on consecutive days (3 or 5 days depending on your ticket).

Each child (aged 0–12) will receive one voucher for a standard Kids Club session valued at $45 and must be redeemed during your stay. Unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be carried forward.

Guests can enjoy lunch OR dinner each day of their stay (excluding the day of departure). Each guest can choose a meal from any of the venues listed below, but all meals must be claimed in a single transaction per day. Unredeemed meals cannot be carried forward. Example: If 2 adults and 2 children are staying in the room, all 4 meals must be ordered together in one transaction at a single outlet. Each guest can choose a meal from that outlet’s menu.
