Yes. A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights in the same room type is required to be eligible for the package inclusions.

No. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or applied to group rates. It is only available for new bookings made directly with Paradise Resort Gold Coast via our website.

Children aged 0–12 years are eligible for kids’ inclusions such as meals and Kids Club sessions. Guests aged 13 years and over are considered adults for accommodation purposes, and additional charges will apply. Lunch and dinner meals are not included for anyone aged 13 or older.

Breakfast is a cold continental buffet served daily in Penguins Restaurant and is included for all family members staying on this package.

The buffet features a selection of fruits, yoghurts, toast, cereals, and other similar items. Hot dishes are not included but are available to order at an additional cost. You can view our menu here

Kids aged 0–12 years enjoy:

Breakfast: Continental Buffet at Penguins Restaurant

Lunch: One (1) Kids Menu lunch meal daily, available between 11am – 5pm (outlet dependent)

Dinner: One (1) Kids Menu dinner meal daily, available after 5pm

Meals must be ordered within the specified timeframes and are not transferable between meal periods or dates.

Unused meals are forfeited and cannot be exchanged for other goods, services, or cash.

Each child aged 0–12 can select one meal per meal period from any of the following venues:

Penguins Restaurant – Lunch available from 11:30am (ordered poolside), dinner from 5:00pm

Jerry’s Burgers – From 11:00am: one kids’ burger with fries

Deb’s Pizza Shack – From 11:00am: one kids’ pizza

El-Mexicano – From 11:00am: one kids’ nachos

Please note: Add-ons, meal deals, sides, and drinks are not included unless specified. Only items listed on the Kids Menu are eligible.

Each child (aged 0–12) will receive one voucher for a standard Kids Club session valued at $45.

A unique voucher code will be emailed 7–10 days before arrival.

Each voucher can be used for one session per child and must be redeemed during your stay.

Unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be carried forward.

Guests enjoy unlimited access to the Waterpark, pool, and spa, plus a variety of daily activities and entertainment.

Please note that some activities may incur additional charges and availability varies and your $200 credit can be used towards these.

A voucher code will be issued via email approximately 7-10 days prior to your arrival and can be used towards Paradise Resort Inhouse activities only. Excludes Astro Galaxy pass, Cleo Diamond pass and Captain Treasure Pass. Individual conditions apply for each activity (this includes cancellation policies per activity). Credit voucher cannot be used for additional accessories in Teddy Bear workshops or Pamper Parlour (e.g. Teddy bear outfits, or additional hair accessories). A 10% non-refundable deposit plus booking fee is charged at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Bookings made within 14 days of arrival; full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made on or before 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 10% deposit and any booking fees. Cancellations made within 14 days or early departures are non-refundable. One free date change is permitted up until 14 days prior to arrival; however, new rates and availability will apply.
