Hours of Operation
The Lagoon Pool and Spa is open between 7am to 9pm daily.

Both Waterparks are open between 9am-5pm (extended during the summer months). NOTE: The Large Waterpark will be closed on 30 April - 2 May inclusive for repairs. Our Junior Waterpark, Lagoon Pool and Spa along with our extensive entertainment schedule will continue to operate.

Ages
Our small waterpark welcomes kids under 5 years only. The large waterpark is best suited to children 5 years and over. Parental supervision is required at all times.
Safety Message
Captains Crew (aka the Paradise Resort team) may be in the water park during opening hours to run activities, however they are not lifeguards so parents need to supervise their children at all times in this area.

We recommend that children under 5, or children that are weak or non-swimmers, require a parent within arms reach at all times.

Other Info:
- Our water park and pool facilities are for the exclusive use of Paradise Resort guests. Visitors are not permitted in these areas.
- All guests of Paradise Resort are issued with a guest identification wristband on arrival. The wristband is a requirement of entry to the water parks, kids’ club and resort activities.
- Children who are not toilet trained must wear watertight swimwear at all times. Swim nappies must be changed in the changing rooms, not by the pool, to ensure hygiene levels are maintained.
Frequently asked questions
Are the pools and waterparks heated?
Our Lagoon Pool and Spa and both Waterparks are heated year-round however keep in mind they are still outdoor so it can be cold during the Winter months when getting in and out. The Waterparks and pool are heated to a maximum of 24°C and the spa to a maximum of 38°C but can fluctuate slightly depending on the outside temperature.
Do you have lifeguards?
Paradise Resort’s entertainent team aka 'Captain’s Crew' will be in the water park during opening hours; however they are not lifeguards, parents need to supervise their children at all times inside this area.
Do I need to bring my own pool towels?
Pool towels are not provided. If you forget to pack yours they are available for purchase at Splashes Boutique and Mini Mart. Our bath towels may not be used for pools, beaches or taken away from the resort.
